Ty Pennington, probably happy for the distraction from his recent brush with the law, stepped out with ABC's other stars on their roster at their upfronts in NYC. I wonder if he's wearing shades cause his future is so damn bright, or cause the poor thing's fighting a nasty hangover. I kid, Ty! I kid because I care.

Also making a showing were some hot cast members from "Grey's Anatomy," including Eric Dane and Sara Ramirez. "Lost" stars stepped out, probably pretty damn happy at the recent news that their show had been renewed until 2010, and there were also plenty of "Brothers and Sisters" running around as well. But I have to say that my favorite pix snapped here are from the "Ugly Betty" cast members, partially because I love the show, partially because they were nice enough to chat with us on the red-carpet not that long ago, but mostly because Mark Indelicato is absolutely edible in those stylish sunglasses. Seriously, he's so cute, I think I might eat him. Like I would a baby.
