Adrien Brody strikes me as a solid guy. He’s not my type, but he seems like he might be witty, and fun to drink with and have some good stories. He hit the Venice FIlm Festival with his new chick, some bullfighter’s daughter. And they took pics of the crowd. His new flick is “The Darjeeling Limited”. It’s about three brothers taking a train trip through India, and it’s getting bad reviews. It’s from the same guys who brought you “Rushmore” and I think they might have shot their wad with that one, so to speak. “Rushmore” was entirely boss, but I couldn’t get through five minutes of the “Aquatic” one.

Eager to capture memories of his big night in Venice Adrien Brody had a camera at the ready at the premiere of his latest flick The Darjeeling Limited. Despite the phalanx of photographers on hand at the movie festival, the Oscar winner made sure he would be taking away plenty of his own souvenirs from the event.

Not to be outdone, Elsa Pataky, the Spanish senorita he’s been dating since making a film about a bullfighter, was equally active behind the lens. Camera glam in a plunging golden gown, she looked set to feature prominently in her dashing beau’s personal album.

I’d probably do the same thing. He can release a coffeetable book when no one wants to hire him anymore. Keep reading for a negative review of his latest.
