Alan Cumming Gets Them Leaving

Oh my! At the Core Club premiere of Alan Cumming’s latest film, “Suffering Man’s Charity,” several members of the audience walked out during particularly horrific scenes in the film and one woman even passed out. The film is being billed as a dark comedy, in which Cumming portrays “a failed composer turned music teacher with a weakness for impoverished young men of great aspirations.” It was during a bit in which David Boreanaz is wearing next to nothing, coupled with a whip and some torture, that several moviegoers were prompted to head out of the theater.

Since I also have something of a delicate constitution, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find myself fainting at a screening of this. And I know I’d be really tempted to watch, now that I know it involves David Boreanaz scantily clad. Luckily, I keep a fresh supply of smelling salts in my purse for just such an occasion.
