After a few low-profile years, high-tech millionaire Michael Saylor is making a splash with a flashy new toy: A 68-foot luxury motor yacht. The 42-year-old CEO of MicroStrategy test-drove the party boat during Super Bowl weekend in Miami, and plans to dock it near his Washington Harbour apartment this month -- bringing an uncharacteristic jolt of South Beach bling to Georgetown's historic shores.
