Britney was running around with this guy, Howie Day who sings that cheesy song "Collide" that I for some terrible reason, love. She met his ass in rehab. This is the guy who imprisoned two groupies on his tour bus and smashed their cellphone so they couldn't call for help. So a gentlemen who is exactly suited to the 2007 Rancid Cowgirl version of Britney Spears. Anyway, he's gone back into rehab. Maybe because he couldn't figure out why a chick in a mesh see-through t-shirt with big boobs still wasn't hot to him. She probably made him question his sexuality but the truth is she's not looking hot in all those weird "Fame" audition outfits she's sporting lately.

The 26 year-old singer of "Collide" befriended Britney Spears while the two were at Promises in March, and was spotted hanging out with the popstar in L.A. on April 28. Today, a source tells Us: "He has some more issues he has to deal with."

When contacted, Day's rep had no comment.

Day's troubles date back to 2004, when he was arrested for allegedly locking a female fan in a bathroom, and breaking another woman's cell phone. "That was probably wrong of me," Day admitted at the time. "But I felt violated."

You felt violated because two teenage girls wouldn't f*ck you? That's not violated, those are blueballs - you spoiled dumbass. Wah, I have a hit song so despite the fact that I'm marginal looking with silly hair you should do me! WAH! He just never should have chosen Britney as his sponsor.
