Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are still wrestling around in the judicial system. New papers have been filed in their ongoing custody battle. Charlie says bitch is acting like she owns their kids. And Denise is saying Charlie has been showing off his Sheenis to people on the internet and has a thing for underage ass.

“She believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children,” says lawyer Neal Raymond Hersh. “This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise’s shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children.”

Her lawyer didn’t state what those “issues” were.

But in papers obtained by Access Hollywood, Richards accuses Sheen of “inappropriate behavior … and conduct,” including “his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.” Richards seeks to stop Sheen’s overnight privileges with their daughters.

Charlie says “the truth will prevail”. In other news, has anyone noticed these bus ads for Charlie’s show? It shows Charlie, Duckie from “Pretty in Pink”, and the sorta hefty kid that plays their son or whatever. And above Duckie it says “The Good” and above Charlie it says “The Bad” and above the cake-lover it says “The Hungry”. Damn, why they gotta call that lil’ guy out as a fattie? He’s probably only 13 and just hit puberty! And now he has to watch buses going by calling him large? I don’t care what he’s getting paid, he needs to have his agent address the marketing team. He’s probably sitting in the back of his dressing room closet right now eating Suzy Q’s and sobbing.
