After visiting a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon’s office on Monday, Courtney Love was photographed looking like she’d been subjected to the business end of a drum tightener. Is there such a thing? Well, there is now. And she’s using it on her face, which was plenty tight for her performance last night at The Roxy on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. BFF of ASL, Popbytes took the in the show. MK graciously offered me a ticket to accompany him, alas, I was unfortunately en route to LAX at the time to pick up a friend. (I just included that information to make myself sound like a good person.) However, he did oblige with a cursory description of Courtney’s performance. All in all, it was a good show, Courtney delivered some tried-and-true Hole classics, and hit the crowd with some new stuff. Aside from looking dangerously thin and strangely red in the face, MK said that she didn’t seem “f*d up,” which we’re all taking as a good sign. After informing MK that I’d heard that C-Love had probably had some stuff done to her face, he responded that she did in fact look better at her House of Blues performance four weeks ago, but still looking like she was on the Amy Winehouse diet.
