What the hell is he so tired from? NOT doing shows? Damn, he’s whiny. Take a moment to eat and sleep, Dave. Dave Chapelle checked into a hospital for exhaustion. Ambien? Take a Benadryl. Or some warm milk. Damn.

TMZ has confirmed Dave Chappelle went to the hospital this past weekend because he was wacked out. But Chappelle’s rep told TMZ any wackiness was due to exhaustion — not drugs.

The rep says Dave went to the emergency room for “physical exhaustion.” She says he was treated with “food, water and sleep” for about 12 hours and then went home.

Callers to a DC 101’s Elliot in the Morning radio show this morning reported that Chappelle entered rehab over the weekend. Not so, his rep tells TMZ.

He’s probably still reeling from disappointing a nation and seeing “conspiracies” where there are none. Settle down, crazy. God, I miss that show.
