Now we all remember David Faustino as Bud Bundy from Married With Children.  Well now “bud” has gotten him into trouble.  Faustino will have to answer to the Florida State Attorney for his possession of marijuana and it’s not going to be pretty.

The 33-year-old actor was arrested in New Smyrna Beach, Florida on public drunkenness charges when he was found shouting and fighting with his estranged wife in the early hours of May 12th.  According to E News, officers observed Faustino trying to climb out of the driver’s side window of a silver two-door car, which was stopped in the middle of the street.

The former Bud Bundy’s soon-to-be former missus, Andrea Elmer Faustino, was actually driving the car, and it looked as though he took a swing at her after he finally was able to extricate himself from the vehicle (through the door, this time). Faustino then began yelling profanities at her, after which an officer ordered him to place his hands on the vehicle, detecting a whiff of alcohol in the process.

It would appear that Faustino (also formerly known as rapper ‘D Lil’ will be explaining this one for awhile.  He filed for divorce in February and it looks like he needs to get his life in order. 

We just hope that he doesn’t link up with Mischa Barton, who was caught lighting up at the Cannes Film Festival this week - just another of the many photos of Mischa sparking up.
