But it's all fun and games until someone throws a laptop. In an interview with OK! Magazine, Denise Richards chats about her divorce from Charlie Sheen, her subsequent relationship with Richie Sambora and the controversy surrounding their pairing, all the while, posing for pictures with her daughters with nary a bikini-shot in sight. Whoah. She's really pulling out the big guns this time, keeping her clothes on. When asked about the Richie Sambora/Heather Locklear situation, Denise denied any implications of adultery.

How did you cope with being accused of stealing your friend's husband?

"The truth always comes out eventually. The only thing I can say is that I did not have an affair with Richie during my marriage - or his marriage. The truth is, Heather and I hadn't talked in a few months. I understand why Heather was upset. ...At some point, the kids have to take precedence over jealousy and egos and hurt feelings.

It was 'backstabbing Denise.' I just had to hold my head up. But, that doesn't mean it wasn't hurtful and horrible."

Hmm. Even if they didn't start off having an affair, I don't know. Something about going after your friend's ex-husband like RIGHT after they break it off just ain't right. It's not like they live in Mayberry or something and there's some kind of man-shortage in the town. Maybe Denise should try dating in Alaska, where she's a lot less likely to start boinking someone she shouldn't be.
