The end of the union from which sprung the red-headed hot mess that we now know as Lindsay Lohan appears about to be officially at an end. Dina and Michael are currently in a courthouse in New York, to hammer out the final details of their divorce settlement. According to TMZ, Michael has been granted rights to see his two youngest children, Dakota and Aliana, as long as there is supervision in the form of a Teen Challenge pastor and two lawyers present. Also, Judge Ross has left the task of the actual divorce settlement in the hands of the couple’s respective lawyers, with a deadline of next Friday to come to a decision of their own. No word yet on who has been legally ruled to blame for Lindsay’s f-d up childhood.
