Dear Miss Manners: I am a smoker. I devote a fair amount of time to smoking as politely as I possibly can, reserving it for my own home, the homes of other smokers and the open air. What do I do when I am smoking outdoors and perfect strangers walk up to me and tell me that smoking is wrong?
