NEW YORK, May 17 The Fox network will try to end its fourth-quarter losing streak each fall with a drama about cops in post-Katrina New Orleans, a drama about an immortal cop in New York, a sitcom starring Kelsey Grammer and Patricia Heaton, and three reality series.
