The guy I know mostly because he was in the news for being brave enough to have dated Lindsay Lohan, Harry Morton, is suing a mysterious "Jane Doe" for wreaking havoc via MySpace and making him look like a mean-spirited putz.

In the suit, Morton claims "Doe" posted nude photographs of one of his friends and a false statement that the friend had AIDS. Morton alleges that the fake page was created to give the impression he had created it himself.

Most specifically, Morton is claiming that this incident caused him to lose business from his Pink Taco restaurant chain, and also caused "emotional distress" over his tarnished reputation. The only problem is that Morton has yet to successfully identify the individual who created the page, although he states that he is collaborating with the people who work at MySpace.com to figure out who it is. Hmm...I really doubt that someone who has no problem eating at a restaurant named "Pink Taco" really cares about what Harry Morton supposedly did or didn't do on MySpace. They're probably not all that easily offended.
