OK, that was a gross title, but I’m a disgusting individual. After being photographed many times hanging out with Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado, we think we’ve finally figured out who’s hooking up with whom. TMZ spotted the two couples heading out the back door of Los Angeles club, Hyde, last night. Hilary was seen walking hand-in-hand with Frankie, while Haylie and Brody sauntered to their SUV together. While Hilary and Frankie tried to cover themselves from waiting photographers with a black t-shirt over their faces, Haylie and Brody didn’t mind quite as much.

I vaguely know that Brody Jenner’s the son of Bruce Jenner and that he does some reality TV stuff, and apparently Frankie Delgado was on MTV’s reality show, “24/7.” He had the following description from The Futon Critic:

In less than two years in town, Tijuana native Frankie Delgado has taken the Hollywood party circuit by storm. Now a big name club promoter, Frankie has joined forces with Greg Carney to take his parties to the next level. Let’s just hope Hilary knows what she’s getting into. Listen to me, I don’t even know the guy and I’m already giving him shit. I sound like my dad.
