TMZ cameras snapped Hilary and Haylie Duff hopping into the back seat of Brody’s buddy Frankie Delgado’s Range Rover, with Delgado and Brody sitting up front. When Delgado was asked if he was dating Haylie, he said they were just friends … though there was no word from Hilary and Brody.
