Russell & Kimora Back Together … to Sue Bauer

Part-time spouses Russell and Kimora Simmons are pissed at In Touch. They even told a New York State Supreme Court how unhappy they are with the Bauer tabloid, relays Stereohyped. But in an unusual twist when it comes to celebrities and their accusations of libel, it’s not clear what they’re so ornery about.
We do know this, courtesy TSG: Bauer Publishing, along with In Touch’s EIC Richard Spencer and exec editor Michelle Lee are named as defendants. And the Simmons want $250k in damages. Unclear, however, is what ridiculous story prompted charges of libel.
Hopefully we’ll learn out how they’ve been wronged soon! And how exec editor Dan Wakeford escaped fingering.
