Jennifer Aniston is back in the dating saddle again and this time, it’s with an attractive dirty-blond stranger. She spent last Saturday at a romantic dinner at One Pico restaurant in Santa Monica, California’s Shutters Hotel with a mystery man, says People:

At 8 p.m. the pair slipped into the beachfront eatery with Aniston’s man gently rubbing her back as they waited for a table.

For the next three hours the duo talked by candlelight over a bottle of San Pellegrino, leaning in close and, at one point, even holding hands across the table. (Her rep had no comment on the dinner date.)

Well, that sounds nice. I think the most promising aspect of this potential relationship is that no one seems to be able to identify the guy, so hopefully he’s not famous. If she’s smart, she’ll finally be looking to date guys who aren’t in the entertainment industry. I’m hoping that he’s a plumber from Oregon or refrigerator repairman from somewhere else that isn’t Los Angeles because seriously, famous people shouldn’t get married. Except that it provides me with lots of stuff to write about, so they totally should.
