Jesse recently broke up with Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle, and chose to express his heartbreak over the breakup by inking himself up. Here’s what Jesse had to say about his new tattoo.

“Everyone has had their heart broken but this is just a reminder not to let it happen again.” Surely, a Post-it note would have done? Just think how that will look on your saggy bicep when you’re 60 . . .

“It doesn’t mean you are staying in that moment or obsessing about it. I chose to get that tattoo, especially with the heart on the arm, because I choose to wear my heart on my sleeve.

“It fits with my personality. I really couldn’t be happier with the tattoo. It’s the best I have.”

Jesse whined on: “Those girls I was photographed with meant nothing to me. I’d never betray Nadine. “I still love her and it is my dream that we get back together soon.”

Awwww. If it does happen, I’m not sure how thrilled she’ll be having to see her naked top half on Jesse’s arm 24/7?
