Joe Francis has a court appearance scheduled in Reno, Nevada for either today or Monday, on federal tax evasion charges. However, there is a possibility that he might be let go free on bail. And if that happens, Florida officials are hoping to get Joe back to the East Coast so that they can try him for bringing contraband into county jail, as well as sexual performance with a minor. From TMZ:

Of course, since Francis is in Nevada, the governor of Florida would have to ask the governor of Nevada to extradite the porntrepreneur, though we’re told that the request would almost certainly be granted.

Ooh, this doesn’t look good for Joe. I mean, just look at the way Florida is shaped. It’s already semi-hard.
