Joe Francis Likes Jail

“Girls Gone Wild” amoeba Joe Francis has chosen to REMAIN in jail in Nevada. Why? Because if released he would automatically be extradited to Florida to face those other charges involving underage girls and a camera. What’s the difference between jail in Nevada and Florida? Nevada probably has slot machines in their jail. Those damn things are everywhere. Who wouldn’t want to play five cent slots while being raped?
Francis’ lawyer, David Houston, tells TMZ that the “Girls Gone Wild” ogler-in-chief is veering between “elated” and “disappointed” as he sits in a cell in the Washoe County Detention Center in Reno, Nev. That’s because a judge in Bay County, Fla., where Francis faces charges of sexual performance with a minor (among other things), revoked Joe’s bail at a hearing yesterday afternoon — meaning that if he sets foot outside his current jail, he’ll be picked up by Nevada cops — who would probably then extradite him down south. On Monday, a federal judge in Reno set his bail at $1.5 million in his tax evasion case, meaning that he could’ve walked, were it not for Florida.
Francis is said to be doing “very well” in jail, and has “liberal” phone privileges. Whatever. It’s just nice to see justice being served for once. If this was L.A., they’d probably give him an underage girl to “perform” more with. Seriously, that area is lax, yo.
