Kate Hudson recently enjoyed a night out in NYC sans her boyfriend, Owen Wilson, when she hit up the Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose Bar for a Velvet Revolver Concert. The event was hosted by Nur Khan and One Music and it sounds like Kate picked up an admirer along the way.

Hudson "spent the evening chatting" with one older guy, our spy reports, "and was lifting up her leg to show off her black pumps."

But it doesn't sound like she had any interest in any long-term company, since she later headed over to Pink Elephant on West 27th Street to dance the rest of the night away. If I have to ever be a single mom, this is FO SHO the way I want to do it. I don't understand why all of those other ladies make themselves miserable with all their welfare and two jobs. They should just learn how to kick back once in a while and party like Kate! Woo hoo!
