Kathy Griffin, the woman who epitomizes the kind of snark that we here at ASL very humbly attempt to emulate on a daily basis, is premiering the third season of her Emmy-nominated reality TV series that threatens to launch her out of the very D-List status for which she is now famous. “My Life on the D-List” is premiering tonight on Bravo at 10/9c.

I’ve already watched the first episode on Bravo’s video player, since I’m an impatient little monkey, and it did not disappoint. In addition to more of Kathy’s awesome jabs that she makes at the all too self-important celebs we all love to hate, she also has a Carnegie Hall performance for which she is preparing during the show. But it’s not all jokes and great hair–Kathy also allows her vulnerability to show, when she very openly talks about her painful divorce and guys, when she starts crying on camera–it’s kind of intense and made me love her even more. I really, REALLY wanted to just give her a hug.

I think it looks like it could be her best season yet. With a new staff by her side, and the life of a singleton stretching out in front of her, I’m excited to see what kind of nonsense this lady has planned.
