Kathy’s down for pretty much anything. We’ve seen her perform for the troops in Iraq, at her nephew’s elementary school, and at bingo night at Hamburger Mary’s. The woman is brave, y’all. But it’s not always jokes. Sometimes, she gets serious and it always makes me a little nervous when the woman who laughs in the face of any kind of adversity puts the jokes aside to sit down at the grown-ups table to do some talking. In this clip, Kathy is visiting a women’s prison in Arizona and talking with the female inmates about their lives behind bars. At first, it kind of made me sad, but then I remembered that Paris Hilton plans on saving them with halfway houses and makeovers and I cheered right back up again.
