Kevin Federline is so concerned about Britney’s inability to cease the party lifestyle that preceded her emotional breakdown and stints in rehab this past year that he is allegedly holding off on signing divorce papers. A source revealed to E! News Online that Federline is disappointed in Britney’s behavior post-rehab, and believes that their agreement of joint custody was made under the pretense that she would cut down on her irresponsible behavior.

“It’s not about the money,” the source said of Federline’s refusal to sign on the dotted line. “It’s about her partying. It’s her partying ways that is forcing Kevin to put his foot down.”

According to this source, Kevin is hoping to revise the custody arrangement, adding provisions that would allow him to reduce Britney’s access to the couple’s children, should she experience a similar meltdown to the one she went through earlier this year.

Any claims that Federline wants more money is “without merit,” the source says, adding that his primary focus is “protecting his children.”

Well, la dee dah. I have no idea what to make of these two anymore, since I’m now way more into the new self-destructive couple of the moment, Amy Winehouse and her hubby, Blake Civil-Fielder. They’re my new Bobby and Whitney, and these new problem children of mine require so much of my attention that it’s hard for me to get emotionally invested with anyone else.
