Kiefer Sutherland, the star of “24,” and also my surprising secret love, is being charged with DUI by the L.A. city attorney’s office. Because Sutherland was recently arrested while still on probation for a drunk driving arrest that took place back in 2004, he’s looking at possible jail time from anywhere between four days and a year, according to Nick Velasquez, representative for the city attorney’s office, who also had this to say:

“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”

Oh Kiefer. I totally love getting up on my high horse and ranting about these irresponsible starlets, driving around recklessly in their SUVs and endangering those drivers and pedestrians around them, but this is different. Why? Because I have a crush on him. Now, shut up and stop judging me. I have a cupcake to bake with a tiny file in it…
