Lindsay crawled up from her position last year of third place to knock Eva Longoria out of the top spot.

"There is no other star in the world that causes more of a stir in the public eye than Lindsay. Her every move is watched and reported on," said Maxim's editor-in-chief Jimmy Jellinik in a statement on Tuesday.

Also making the list were Fergie (um...WHA?), Jessicas Alba and Biel, Ali Larter, Eva Mendes, Scarlett Johansson, X-tina, Eva Longoria and Rihanna. Somewhere, you just know Dina Lohan is asking her publicist, "Seriously, how am I not on this list? I totally had sex once and MADE her. Hello? Does that not count for anything? Ugh, I need some self-tanner and a drink."
