Lindsay Lohan is being named in yet another suit related to her crazy night that resulted in her second DUI. A woman who was in the car that Lindsay was pursuing claims that the experience of being chased by Lindsay in an SUV resulted in medical bills and other expenses that were a direct result of the emotional distress caused by the incident. And she believes the starlet should cough up some dough for it. Tracie Rice, the woman in question, expressed the following in a statement:

“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”

Additionally, I have decided to sue Lindsay as well for the carpal tunnel syndrome and emotional distress that I’ve experienced from having to blog about her various lawsuits. And I expect to be sued by you readers, who have been forced to read about these legal exploits.
