A Lohan source tells Us that on July 2 and 3, the star and pals will take over a floor of Caesars Palace, where she'll have her own specially designed suite. For her B-day dinner, she'll dine on food from Social House, and she'll be the star at a pool party with tunes spun by DJ A.M. and Samantha Ronson and a private bash at Pure. Best of all, Caesars and Svedka Vodka will foot the bill.

"This should be one of the best parties ever," her lawyer Mike Heller tells Us.
