No one can seem to agree on what the heck is going on with Nicole Richie.  Ever since she lost loads of weight, there are constantly rumors swirling that she is in trouble one way or another. 

According to TMZ, Nicole is doing fine at her home in Glendale.  But the Enquirer and Star Magazine tell a different tale.  They say that the Simple Life star re-entered rehab on May 11th to deal with anorexia and addiction to painkillers.

According to the tabloids, Miss Richie checked into the Beau Monde facility “in tears” because she has once again “lost control of her life.” To add insult to injury, she returned to the rehab center again on May 19th with an overnight bag. “Nicole’s been a mess for months. Her weight has plummeted,” says perezhilton.com.

To the contrary, a rep for Richie tells TMZ a totally different story… that she isn’t/wasn’t in rehab, and that she’s “in Glendale at her house.” Furthermore, she did go back to see her therapist, and that her recovery is “an ongoing process,” but that she’s “completely sober.”

Either way, it’s pretty clear that Miss Richie is dealing with her demons.  Thank goodness that she isn’t out barhopping and hooking up with random guys.
