Nicole Richie copped to being “nervous” about the prospect of having to spend some time behind bars for her DUI. Yeah, remember that? It was a harmless little incident, in which she was found driving the WRONG WAY ON THE FREEWAY. You know, pretty forgettable stuff. So, when she was on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, she said that she knows she must “take responsibility” for her actions that led to the arrest, and plans to “deal with whatever consequences” she might have to face. Unless they somehow involve her eating. That’s kind of a deal-breaker.
