Jay-Z had 99 problems. Now he has 100. And while a bitch may still not be on the list, accusations that he doesn’t even pay minimum wage at his 40/40 club is on there. And the accusations are being made by a girl. Who, Mr. Carter might call, a bitch.

Her name is Celeste Williams, and she’s a former waitress at 40/40. She’s hoping for class-action status in her claim against Jay-Z and co-owner Juan Perez, who she accuses of lifting tips from the help to feed their own greed.

For its part, 40/40 says it hasn’t been served with any papers. And further, they claim Williams only worked at the club for four days, which means she’s owed, if anything, a bottle of Shiraz.
