Paris Hilton to Make Bank

Paris Hilton’s time in jail may be the best thing to ever happen to her career. Oh wait, excuse me…to her “career.” According to the New York Post, NBC has offered the incarcerated heiress $1 million to sit down with Meredith Vieira and tell her story. ABC execs are none too pleased with this development, given Barbara Walters’ newfound “friendship” forged with Kathy Hilton, which they expected would give them the upper hand in interview negotiations. How sad. All that ass-kissing for nought. After agreeing to the interview, Paris had one major stipulation and that was that she refused to speak with Matt Lauer, who she claims made “disparaging” remarks about her. Oh Paris. You’re just being glib.
Maybe with the $1 million she’ll be getting from NBC for her interview, she’ll be able to take better care of her pets. That story is after the jump.
