Oh oh. Tom Sizemore’s crystal-snorting ass is on the run. An arrest warrant has been issued for him due to possible parole violation due to being arrested in Bakersfield, Cali last month.

The “Black Hawk Down” actor’s arrest may have violated the terms of Sizemore’s probation from a 2004 drug conviction. Tom must now turn himself over to authorities, so a judge can determine if he should be thrown behind bars.

Clean it up, Tom. Just don’t check into Wonderland. Look where that gets you. Straight into another facility.
